This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that the Softline Group of Companies (hereinafter referred to as Softline) may receive from the user when users use the Softline websites – https://noventiqstore.am/ (hereinafter referred to as Website), Internet services, services, purchase of software, participation in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions and/or other interaction with Softline (hereinafter referred to as Services).
This Policy is mandatory for familiarization and execution by all persons admitted to the processing of personal data in Softline, and persons involved in organizing the processing and security of personal data in Softline.
This Policy applies to all processes for collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, transferring (providing, accessing), blocking, deleting, destroying personal data carried out using automation tools.
Softline processes personal data in compliance with the principles and rules established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 18, 2015 "On the Protection of Personal Data".
Softline does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the user can follow the links available on the Softline website. Third party websites may have their own privacy policies and other personal data may be collected or requested from the user.
This Policy explains how Softline processes and protects users' personal data and other information.
By using the Services and providing Softline with the information necessary to initiate further interaction, you agree to its use in accordance with this Policy.
For specific Services, Softline may publish additional provisions that supplement this Policy.
This Policy is subject to updating in case of changes in the RA legislation on the protection of personal data.
1. Personal data of users received and processed by Softline
1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "user's personal data" means:
1.1.1. Personal data that the user provides about himself independently when registering (creating an account) on the Website or in the process of using the Services. The information required for the provision (rendering) of the Services is clearly indicated.
1.1.2. For visitors to the Website - persons browsing the website without registration, such information includes: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, delivery address; contact phone number, information about the organization, position, e-mail address, information about the country, city, region of residence, information about the bank card (number, CVV, last name, first name in Latin, year and month of expiration of the card).
1.1.3. For registered users of the Website - persons who have successfully registered on the Website, such information includes: last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, cell phone number, delivery address, fax number, information about the organization, position, email address , information about the country, city, region of residence, information about the bank card (number, CVV, last name, first name in Latin, year and month of expiration of the card).
1.1.4. For clients/partners who are in contractual relationship with Softline, such information includes: last name, first name, position in the organization with the company name, e-mail address, contact phone number, purchase account number.
1.1.5. For applicants for filling vacant positions - persons searching for a job, such information includes: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, address of residence, home phone number, work phone number, cell phone number, email address, information about marital status , information about children, information about education / advanced training (period of study, educational institution, faculty / specialization, specialty obtained by diploma, form of education), information about certificates, information about experience and work experience (period of work, organization, field of activity of the organization , position, main responsibilities), information about knowledge of software products and programming languages, information about knowledge of foreign languages, information about professional qualities, information about personal qualities, city of residence, information about the vacancy of interest, information about the work schedule, information about the expected level and form of remuneration, information about hobbies.
1.1.6. Other information about the user, the collection and/or provision of which is determined by Softline for the provision of individual Services additionally, which is explicitly specified when ordering individual Services.
1.2. The user's personal data provided by Softline are considered unreliable and may be blocked until the consent is received from the user or his/her legal representative to process the user's personal data in any form additionally indicated by Softline, in addition to that provided on the Website.
1.3. Softline does not make decisions that give rise to legal consequences for users or otherwise affect their rights and legitimate interests based solely on automated processing of personal data.
1.4. Softline does not entrust the processing of personal data to other persons.
2. Purposes of processing personal data of users
2.1. Softline processes only those personal data that are necessary to provide and improve the quality of the Services.
2.2. Softline may use the user's personal data for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the party in the framework of the provision of the Service.
2.2.2. Providing the user with personalized Services.
2.2.3. Improving the quality of Services and developing new ones.
2.2.4. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
2.2.5. Providing personal data of the user to copyright holders, distributors or resellers of the software for the purpose of registering the software in the name of the user or organization whose interests the user represents.
2.2.6. Providing users of the Website with safe and convenient functionality for its use, effective display of information.
2.2.7. Efficient execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by Softline as binding on the user.
2.2.8. Handling questions from users of the Website.
2.2.9. Registration of users of the Website for events.
2.2.10. Registration of Softline clients/partners in the service desk system for subsequent technical support.
2.2.11. Collection of resumes and selection of candidates for filling vacancies in Softline.
2.2.12. Implementation and/or execution of the functions, powers and duties assigned by the RA legislation to Softline.
3. Transfer of user's personal data to third parties
3.1. With regard to the user's personal data, confidentiality is maintained, except for the processing of personal data, access to which is granted to an unlimited number of persons by the user, or at his request.
3.2. Softline has the right to transfer the user's personal data to third parties in the following cases:
3.2.1. The user has provided his consent to such actions, including for the purpose of registering the software in the user's name by copyright holders, distributors or resellers of the software.
3.2.2. The transfer is necessary to achieve the goals, exercise and fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned by the legislation of the Russian Federation to Softline.
3.3. Softline does not carry out cross-border transfer of users' personal data.
4. Measures applied to protect the personal data of users
4.1. In order to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia dated May 18, 2015 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, Softline has taken the following measures to protect the personal data of users:
4.1.1. A person responsible for organizing the processing of PD has been appointed.
4.1.2. Local acts have been issued on the issues of processing and ensuring the security of personal data, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and detecting violations of the RA legislation, and eliminating the consequences of such violations.
4.1.3. Legal, organizational and technical measures have been taken to ensure the security of personal data.
4.1.4. The rules for access to personal data processed in personal data information systems have been established.
4.1.5. Registration and accounting of all actions performed with personal data in personal data information systems is carried out.
4.1.6. Rules for backing up and restoring information and personal data have been established.
5. Rights and obligations of the user
5.1. Softline takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data held by Softline, as well as to delete outdated and other inaccurate or redundant personal data. However, the User is responsible for providing accurate information, as well as for updating the provided data in case of any changes.
5.2. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided by him or part of it, as well as the parameters of their confidentiality by contacting Softline.
5.3. The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by Softline at any time by sending a written notice to the address: Softline International LLC, legal address: 123, st. Hovsep Emin, Yerevan, marked “withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”, while the withdrawal of consent by the user to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the user account from the Site, as well as the destruction of records containing personal data in personal data processing systems Softline, which may make it impossible to use Softline Internet services.
5.4. The user has the right to receive information regarding the processing of his personal data in Softline, for which he has the right to send a written request to the address: 3, st. 5.5. To fulfill the provisions in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy, Softline may require confirmation of the user's identity by requesting the provision of such confirmation in any form that does not contradict the law.
